In Turkey, a passenger bus flew into a ditch on the road from Sivas to Istanbul. As a result of the accident killed 12 people, 19 more were injured.

It is preliminarily established that the driver of the bus with passengers, traveling from Sivas to Istanbul, lost control, drove into the oncoming lane and crashed into a fence.

Yozgat Governor Mehmet Ali Ozkan said the accident was due to negligence and it was an accident.

"We believe it was an accident due to negligence. The situation will come to light in subsequent investigations," he said.
