Hamas delegation arrives in Moscow again for "political consultations". Photo

The delegation of the Islamic Resistance Movement of Hamas, headed by the head of the movement's International Relations Department, Musa Abu Marzouk, Special Representative of the Russian President for the Middle East and Africa, met with Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov at the headquarters of the Russian Foreign Ministry in Moscow. The movement's delegation also included a member of the movement's political bureau in Gaza, Dr. Bassem Naim, and a representative of Hamas in Moscow.

This is reported in an official statement of the movement, published in X (Twitter ) by British journalist Suleiman Ahmed. The Hamas delegation held political consultations with the Russian Foreign Ministry to discuss ways to establish a ceasefire to end the aggression against the Palestinian people, as well as to clarify the movement's position and policy on working with the file of hostages held by the resistance movement.

Hamas noted that the crimes of the Zionist occupiers and their behavior against the Palestinians and other peoples of the region pose a serious threat to international peace and security. The delegation emphasized the right of our Palestinian people to freedom and return, as well as their right to resist the Zionist occupation by all available means. In his turn, Mr. Bogdanov expressed his country's position in support of the rights of the Palestinian people and his country's efforts with the parties concerned to achieve a ceasefire.

The Hamas delegation reportedly praised these diplomatic efforts, as well as official Russian humanitarian aid to help our people in the Gaza Strip.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, a delegation of the Hamas terrorist organization arrived in Moscow on October 26. The group was headed by a member of the Hamas political bureau, Abu Marzouk, who is a recognized and wanted terrorist.

Speaking to Russian propaganda media, Abu Marzouk, who is responsible for foreign policy, called the Russian representatives "Russian friends."

Also that day, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri Qiani arrived in the Russian capital and met with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin.
