A Russian train with Z-symbols tried to enter Lithuania: it was stopped at the border and forced to wash

In Lithuania, Russian conductors and a train manager were forced to erase propaganda inscriptions on the cars reading "Z," "ZOV," and "Vilnius is a city of Russia." The incident occurred with a Moscow – Kaliningrad transit train on October 2.

It had arrived at the Kena border crossing from Belarus, the Lithuanian State Border Guard Service reported. The train staff could not explain where the inscriptions came from.

On one of the cars, black paint was applied to the symbols of the Russian war against Ukraine: Z and the inscription ZOV. The other car had a slogan proclaiming Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, a "Russian" city.

The train staff was ordered to immediately remove all the inscriptions, otherwise, they threatened to unhook the "propaganda" cars and not let them enter Lithuania. Passengers would have to be transferred.

The train manager and other employees used sand to erase the inscriptions under the supervision of border guards.

– On September 28, Lithuania announced the transfer of a new batch of aid to the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The country sent our military logistics equipment, ammunition, computer equipment, and more.

– On September 30, the Lithuanian government officially transmitted to the International Criminal Court materials on crimes against humanity committed by representatives of the Lukashenko regime. The violations were committed both in Belarus and in the countries that are parties to the Rome Statute.
