On the morning of November 1, two X-59 guided missiles were shot down in the Odesa region. The enemy launched them from tactical aircraft in the direction of the Odesa region.

Both missiles were destroyed over the sea. This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"On November 1, 2023, the Odesa anti-aircraft missile brigade of the Air Command 'South' destroyed 2 X-59 guided missiles over the sea, which were fired from Russian tactical aircraft and directed towards the Odesa region," the Air Force said.

As a reminder, on the night of November 1, the occupiers launched an X-59 missile and 20 drones on Ukraine. 19 targets were shot down by air defense forces.

Meanwhile, an incident was reported in the city of Kremenchuk in the Poltava region at night: the invaders attacked an oil refinery there and a fire broke out. There were no casualties since the plant was out of operation.

It was also reported that the wreckage of a downed kamikaze drone damaged a railroad contact network in the Kropyvnytskyi region.
