There were two hits: new details on powerful explosions in occupied Mariupol

Late in the evening of December 14, explosions were heard in occupied Mariupol. There were two hits: one at the occupiers' base near the concrete plant and the other at the territory behind the PortCity shopping center, where the enemy had deployed military equipment and parts of air defense systems.

This was reported by Petro Andriushchenko, an advisor to the mayor of Mariupol, on the morning of December 15. On his Telegram channel, he posted a video from the site and noted that the results of the hits were "good."

"There were two explosions. There are two places of impact and they are different. The first video with migrants is the same 'concrete plant'. It was hit first. The second one is the area behind PortCity, where the occupiers deployed military equipment and parts of air defense systems. Second hit," Andriushchenko wrote.

He added that there was "a lot of confusion about the location and the impact".

"However, the consequences are good. No wonder all the official propagandists have gone silent and the chat rooms have been cleaned up," the mayor's adviser said.

The day before, around 11:20 p.m., local pro-Russian channels complained that there was "loud noise" in Mariupol and that ambulances were "massively arriving" at PortCity.

In turn, Russian propaganda outlets, referring to the terrorist "DPR," said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces allegedly "fired three long-range missiles in the direction of Mariupol."

Collaborator Vladimir Rogov claimed that the burning concrete plant was a "civilian facility" that "plays an important role in the restoration of Mariupol." Ukrainian journalist Denys Kazanskyi said that in fact, the concrete plant was a base for the Russian military.
