"The process is underway, and that's the most important thing": the Air Force spoke about training of Ukrainian pilots on F-16

Our pilots are already training in the sky

The training of the pilots of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on F-16 fighters is going according to plan. Currently, our military are already learning to fly American combat aircraft directly in the sky.

This was reported by the spokesman for the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Ihnat during a telethon on November 10. "The training is going according to plan. There is little information about it... But the process is underway, and this is the most important thing," he said.

Ihnat explained that the allies do not want to disclose all the details of the training, but it is known that Ukrainian pilots are already training to fly F-16s in the sky.

"The partners are not too keen on detailing the training process, but pilots are already training on F-16s in the air directly. Not all of them, of course. Some pilots are already being trained in the sky with an instructor on combat aircraft. So everything is going according to plan," the military said.

Ihnat added that "our task is to wait, to hold the country, to keep our sky here inside."
