On the afternoon of November 7, the Russian occupation army launched a massive attack on Zaporizhzhia. The invaders used at least five guided aerial bombs to terrorize the city. As a result of the air attack, 4 people were killed, 17 injured, including three children, and two more were rescued from the trap of rubble.

Putin's terrorists targeted residential buildings and hospitals. The head of the Zaporizhzhia regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov, reported this on Telegram.

The regional administration informed that the Russian army had targeted civilians. Residential buildings and hospitals were hit as a result of the shelling.

"In the middle of the day, Russian missiles and anti-aircraft guns are flying at Ukraine, at civilians. A massive attack on Zaporizhzhia. The enemy made 5 strikes. Unfortunately, there are hits on residential buildings and a hospital. There are wounded, and the scale of destruction is being established," the RMA reported.

The explosions in Zaporizhzhia occurred around 14:20. According to monitoring channels, Russian terrorists attacked Zaporizhzhia region from two fighter jets from the Morozovsk airfield in Rostov region.

Ivan Fedorov reported on the preliminary results of the enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia. According to him, one person was killed and ten were wounded, including a one-year-old child.

"Two people, including a healthcare worker, are in serious condition. Doctors are providing all the necessary assistance to the victims," said the head of the RMA.

However, after a while, the number of victims increased. According to the State Emergency Service, 16 people were injured.

"Preliminary, 1 person died, 16 were injured and 2 were rescued. The number of victims is being clarified," the rescuers said.

According to the State Emergency Service, a 4-storey residential building was partially destroyed. Rescuers have unblocked a child from the rubble and handed him over to doctors. The search and rescue operation is still ongoing.

At another address, a blast wave damaged a medical facility and set a car on fire. The fire was extinguished on the spot.

At two other addresses, 11 one-story residential buildings were damaged. Rescuers eliminated the fire.

"Psychologists of the State Emergency Service are working at the scene. 78 rescuers and 15 units of equipment are involved, all specialized services of the city are working," the SES said.

Later, the head of the RMA provided new information about the victims. According to him, the number of wounded as a result of the enemy attack increased to 17.

"There are three children among the victims – a four-month-old girl and boys aged 1 and 10. All the victims are receiving medical assistance," said Ivan Fedorov.

As of 5 p.m., four deaths were reported. The number of Ukrainian civilians killed by the occupiers has increased, according to the State Emergency Service.

"The death toll from Russia's strikes in Zaporizhzhia has risen to 4. 18 people were injured," the emergency service said.

Rescuers pulled two wounded children and an injured woman from the rubble. The victim lived on the third floor, and after the building collapsed, she found herself on the second floor.

The number of victims may increase as rescue operations continue. There may still be people under the rubble. The police have information about people who are not in touch.

As a reminder, the aggressor country Russia struck Kyiv on the night of November 7 using kamikaze drones. Air defense forces were successfully operating in the capital, but unfortunately, in one of the districts, the wreckage of an enemy UAV fell on a market, resulting in the burning of up to a dozen outlets.
