The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, reacted to another war crime by Russia, which launched a massive drone and missile attack on Ukraine on the night of March 9. He emphasized that the aggressor launched 81 missiles of various types and launched kamikaze drones to terrorize civilians.
