On the night of April 7, Russian troops dropped a guided bomb on a four-story residential building in Kupiansk, Kharkiv region. A woman was killed as a result of the attack.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service. Photos of the aftermath of the Russian attack were also published.

"Tonight, Russian enemy aircraft dropped a guided bomb on a residential area of Kupiansk," the statement said.

A four-story residential building is destroyed as a result of the hit.

A woman died under the rubble in an apartment on the fourth floor.

"To remove the body of the deceased, the State Emergency Service units and a crane of a local utility company were involved. At 03:30, the rescue operations were completed," SES reported.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, informs that Kupiansk was hit at 22:40.

"Two floors of the house were destroyed. 85-year-old woman died," he said.

As reported, on the night of April 7, the Russian army attacked Kharkiv with Shahed drones. Several people were injured in the attack.
