The enemy struck Zaporizhzhia for the second time in one night: a person was killed, a two-month-old child and rescue workers were among the injured. Photos and videos
The Russian occupation forces attacked Zaporizhzhia with ballistic missiles around four in the morning on January 23. As a result of the aggressor's actions, a man was killed and 24 people were injured, including a two-month-old baby and four employees of the State Emergency Service.
The enemy launched four missile attacks on the city. This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov on Telegram.
"The enemy is striking the city again. At least four explosions occurred in Zaporizhzhya. Preliminary, there are victims. The alert has been announced throughout the region. Do not neglect safety rules!" he wrote.
Later, he noted that there may be people under the rubble. As a result of the strike, residential buildings were damaged, windows were smashed out by the blast wave, and the roof was damaged.
As of 05:00, the number of victims in Zaporizhzhia has increased to 16. Five of them were in serious condition.
" Five more people are in moderate condition. Among them are two employees of the State Emergency Service. The rest will be treated on an outpatient basis after the doctors' help," said the head of the DIA.
A two-month-old child was also injured in the Russian strike and was taken to the hospital in the morning.

As of 07:35 on Thursday, the number of injured increased to 24 people. Medics provided prompt assistance to all of them. Rescuers, law enforcement officers and psychologists continued to work at the site of the strikes.
It should be noted that the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported at about 03:45 about the activity of enemy tactical aircraft in the eastern direction and the threat of the enemy using air strikes. At the same time, the Telegram channel monitor stated that, according to preliminary data, the Russian occupiers used Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles to strike Zaporizhzhia.
On the evening of January 22, Russians attacked Zaporizhzhia with Shaheds. The enemy hit the city with five drones, and a fire broke out in one of the districts.

- On January 18, Russia struck at Zaporizhzhia. An infrastructure facility was hit, residential buildings and vehicles were damaged. 12 people were injured, one person was killed.
- The Russian strike on Zaporizhzhia damaged St. Andrew's Cathedral of the UOC-MP. Two people were in the church during the attack. There was significant damage inside the cathedral, with the ceiling collapsing.
- On January 8 , Russians attacked an industrial facility in Zaporizhzhia with FABs. In total, 4 administrative buildings, dozens of cars and public transport were damaged. Thirteen people were killed. More than 120 people needed medical assistance.
