The enemy is regrouping and preparing provocations on the border: Khortytsia Joint Forces Operation Center told about the situation in Kharkiv region

In the Kharkiv region, Russian occupation forces are trying to conduct offensive actions in the direction of Vovchansk and Liptsi at the cost of high losses. The enemy has also recently been trying to regroup its units, in particular in the area of Hlyboke.

This was reported by Nazar Voloshyn, spokesman for the Khortytsia separate military unit, during a telethon. According to him, the occupants are currently preparing units for possible provocations along the state border.

"As of yesterday, there were 6 combat engagements in the settlements of Vovchansk and Hlyboke. The enemy supports its active hostilities there, in particular with aviation, which is destroying Kharkiv and the entire region. Of course, the occupants are trying to carry out some offensive actions in the direction of Vovchansk and Lyptsi at the cost of their high losses. And the enemy has recently been trying to regroup its units, in particular near Hlyboke, and is preparing units for possible provocations along the state border," said the spokesman.

The occupants' losses in this sector amounted to over 120 people yesterday, and a lot of enemy equipment was destroyed. On this day, July 12, there were three combat engagements with the enemy. Our defense forces repelled them.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine are repelling the invaders, so in the future the enemy will try to regroup at the expense of those units that are either near the border, will send the occupiers from other directions, or will bring new units from territory of the Russian Federation to participate in hostilities.

Earlier it was reported that Russia is reinforcing the 155th Marine Brigade, which is currently operating in the Kharkiv region, with its reserves. This indicates that the enemy does not want to lose its positions.

As ISW reported, Ukrainian soldiers are making progress in the Kharkiv sector. They have advanced eastward on the northern outskirts of Hlyboke, and the Russians are expecting a counterattack. The analysts also noted that they had received footage published on July 10, which proves that UAV operators from the Russian African Corps are operating in the Kharkiv sector.
