Ukrainian aviation continues to take an active part in the Kursk region operation. The day before, the Ukrainian Air Force struck an enemy underground hideout.

The enemy position was struck by an AASM Hammer guided bomb. This was reported by the commander of the Air Force, Lieutenant General Mykola Oleshchuk.

It is worth noting that the bomb first penetrated the underground shelter of the Russian occupiers and then detonated. As a result of the damage, a fire started in several areas at once.

The enemy tried to disguise the underground point in an open area among greenery. However, this disguise did not help the invaders, and Ukrainian pilots launched a precise strike.

"Ukrainian Air Force aircraft strike enemy targets in the Kursk sector every day. In the video, a Ukrainian fighter jet denazifies an underground enemy control center with an AASM Hammer guided bomb. Thank you for your work!" Oleshchuk wrote.

As a reminder, Kremlin propagandists complained that Ukrainian troops had destroyed the third bridge in the Kursk region. It is a crossing of the Seym River in the Glushkovsky district.

As previously reported, analysts believe that the operation of Ukrainian troops in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation has no long-term territorial goals. At the same time, it can create operational and strategic pressure on Russian forces throughout the entire theater of hostilities.
