"Sinking": footage of the occupants escaping from positions in the Kherson region due to flooding after the explosion of the Kakhovka hydropower plant appeared. Video

Occupiers evacuate from flooded area in Kherson Oblast

Yesterday, June 6, the occupiers blew up the structures of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant in the Kherson region. However, it seems that the Russians did not foresee how extensive the consequences of their actions could be, and that they would suffer as well.

Now the occupants are also forced to flee the water themselves. Thus, in the video that circulated on the network, the occupants leave their positions in the Kherson region, moving away from the flooded area.

The invaders walk waist-deep in water to the boats to evacuate to more remote and safer areas. The Russians are whining because not only Ukrainians have to flee from the water, but they have to flee themselves as well.

Note that as a result of the large-scale flooding, the invaders were forced to move 5-15 km away from the Dnieper River.

Earlier, the occupants in the Kherson region complained that they were forced to sit on trees after the Kakhovka hydroelectric plant was blown up. The invaders have no watercraft, and the Russian command is in no hurry to send boats after them.

As a reminder, partisans of the Atesh movement revealed which Russian battalion blew up the Kakhovka hydroelectric plant and noted that a "hunt" is underway for the criminals whose names are known. One of the invaders also admitted that it was the Russian occupants who committed the explosion in order to stop the counterattack by the AFU. He also called for the destruction of other hydraulic structures in Ukraine.
