Occupants attacked Kupiansk with guided bombs
On the morning of February 3, the Russian terrorist army attacked Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, with guided aerial bombs. The attack damaged a multi-story residential building and an agricultural enterprise in the town.
Russian troops struck the city at about 6 a.m. with an airplane bomb with a warhead weight of 500 kg in TNT equivalent. The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this on Telegram.
According to him, they hit civilian infrastructure. Russian troops dropped a FAB-500 with a universal planning and correction module on civilians.

The attack damaged a nine-story residential building, private homes, power grids and other civilian non-residential infrastructure. The consequences of the terrorist attack are currently being eliminated.
In turn, the police of Kharkiv region said that the village of Olkhovatka in the Kupiansk district also came under an air strike. A warehouse building and the territory of an agricultural enterprise were damaged in the village.
In addition, a private household and a warehouse of a private enterprise were damaged in Kupiansk due to shelling from Uragan MLRS. In the city of Vovchansk, Russians attacked private houses.
More than ten other settlements in the Kharkiv region were also shelled. Investigators opened criminal proceedings over the violation of the laws and customs of war under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
