In the Bakhmut sector, Russian troops are forced to bring in reinforcements. Despite the losses in the areas of Bakhmut and Avdiivka, the enemy continues to try to attack the positions of the Defense Forces.

Maksym Zhorin, deputy commander of the 3rd separate assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, spoke about the situation in the Donetsk region during the telethon. The defenders of our country are inflicting losses on the Russian Armed Forces. But, as the military noted, near Andriivka and Klishchiivka "we still see their attempts to attack".

"In the Bakhmut sector, we can say that the fighting does not stop day or night. Even though the enemy suffered very significant losses in recent battles, there are still attempts to attack, albeit locally. This is because they are constantly receiving reinforcements. First of all, in the form of personnel and equipment," said the representative of the 3rd Brigade.

He noted that the new forces allow the occupiers to organize local attacks, but their number is constantly growing.

To the south of Bakhmut, according to Zhorin, the enemy's ranks have thinned out and they have lost strategic points. Now the most effective units of Russian paratroopers, who have been deployed here, are trying to counterattack.
