Russian troops launched a missile attack on the Odesa region. They fired 4 anti-radar missiles at the coast from Su-24 aircraft.

The missiles were destroyed over the sea by air defense forces but a kindergarten and several private houses were damaged by the blast wave and debris. The spokesman of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Serhii Bratchuk, reported about it.

"Odesa region. Enemy Su-24 aircraft fired 4 anti-aircraft missiles, presumably Kh-31P, in the direction of the coast. The missiles were destroyed over the sea, but the debris and blast wave damaged a kindergarten on the coast and several private houses around. There were no casualties," he said.

As a reminder, around 8:30 a.m. on March 14, Russia also struck the center of Kramatorsk.

An enemy missile hit an apartment building, leaving one person dead and one wounded. Search and rescue operations are ongoing.

In total, nine apartment buildings, as well as the "Oschadbank" building and a kindergarten were damaged.

Meanwhile, the Office of the Prosecutor General reported that criminal proceedings have been opened over the violation of the laws and customs of war due to the missile attack on Kramatorsk by Russian troops. Investigators and prosecutors are documenting the crime on the spot.
