Occupiers hit the only working hypermarket in Kherson: three dead, four wounded

On the morning of May 3, the Russian Army struck the only working hypermarket in Kherson. As a result of the shelling, three people were killed and at least four others were wounded.

According to Ukrainian Interior Minister Igor Klimenko, the attack took place around 11 a.m. "Three dead, five wounded as of now. These are employees and visitors of the institution," he said (to see the photo, scroll to the end of the news).

All the operational services arrived at the scene to assist the victims.

The head of the Interior Ministry stressed that one cannot come to terms with the "Russian murderers": "They must be prosecuted. Or destroy them."

At the same time, the Kherson regional prosecutor's office reported three dead and four wounded. A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war.

According to preliminary data, the occupants hit the hypermarket with artillery.

Houses and outbuildings, power lines, and a gas pipeline were also damaged.

The wounded were taken to a medical facility and are being treated. One is in serious condition, three are in moderate condition, Roman Mrochko, head of the city's military administration, said in his Telegram channel.

- On May 3, the head of the Kherson regional state administration Alexander Prokudin said that a 24-hour curfew will be introduced in Kherson from 20 hours on May 5. It will last until 6 a.m. on May 8. Such measures are necessary for the smooth operation of law enforcement officers.

- On the evening of May 2, Russian occupants shelled the Kherson region, which resulted in the death of a 66-year-old man. A 78-year-old woman was wounded. In just one day, the Russian military killed four residents of the region.
