On the morning of May 20, Russian occupants began storming Ukrainian positions in the north of Kharkiv region in the direction of the village of Starytsia. As of 10:30 a.m. on Monday, the country's defenders continued to repel the attack.
The situation is under control. This was stated by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a summary (as of 10:30 a.m.) posted on Facebook. "In addition, our units have taken measures to strengthen defensive borders and positions in designated areas," the agency said.
According to the updated data, as of May 19, the total losses of the invaders in the Kharkiv sector amounted to 261 people and 40 pieces of weapons and military equipment. Among the destroyed items are a tank, an artillery system, eight units of automotive and special equipment, and 13 UAVs. Two tanks, one armored combat vehicle, eight artillery systems, and six vehicles were damaged.
