A blow to Pervomaiskyi
On the afternoon of 4 July, a massive explosion occurred in the yard of a residential building in Pervomaiskyi, Kharkiv region. The number of victims increased to 31 people, ten of whom were children, including a one-year-old, a 10-month-old and a 3-month-old baby.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, on his Telegram channel. Experts claim that the attack on civilians was carried out using an Iskander high-explosive shell.
After the explosion, several cars parked near the skyscraper caught fire. All emergency services, including medics, were dispatched to the scene to help the victims.

According to the National Police, nine residential high-rises were severely damaged. An investigation team is working at the scene to collect material evidence of another Russian war crime.

Earlier, OBOZREVATEL reported that the occupiers had attacked the border communities of Sumy region from their territory the day before. The death toll in the region increased to five people per day.
On the morning of 4 July, the occupiers shelled Kherson again. Two people died as a result of their aggression.
