"Negotiations are underway with strategic aviation": Humenyuk warns of threat of missile strike on Ukraine

The Russian aggressor country's ship grouping in the Black Sea is negotiating with strategic and tactical aviation, which may indicate preparations for a missile attack. However, it is not necessarily a question of a massive bombardment, as the enemy may resort to tactics of pinpoint strikes.

At the moment, one of the main targets of the occupants is Ukraine's air defence facilities. Natalia Gumenyuk, head of the press centre of the Defence and Security Forces of the operational command "South", told about it on the air of the telethon.

According to her, 4 missile launchers of the terrorist state with the maximum possible salvo of 24 "Kalibr" missiles are still located in the Black Sea. The aggressor constantly used this weapon during massive missile attacks, but now Russia is looking for new tactics

"Four missile launchers remain on duty at sea. This may indicate the use of 24 Kalibers, but we cannot guarantee that they are all armed to the brim. Nevertheless, the danger must be realised. The fact that the enemy leaves rocket launchers on standby may be an indication of intent to use missiles. They are usually used during massive missile attacks when the occupiers resort to such tactics. But their tactics have failed, so we are talking about finding new approaches and new tactics," Gumenyuk said.

In addition, the UC Yug noted that the occupiers are negotiating with strategic and tactical aviation. Therefore, it is possible that instead of massive attacks, the occupiers may try to carry out pinpoint strikes.

"We are now observing that they are negotiating with strategic and tactical aviation. Therefore, it is not ruled out that there will be a pinpoint missile attack using both airborne missiles and surface and submarine-based missiles," the UC Yug said.

Gumenyuk stressed that massive missile attacks have become a hard practice for the Russians because the use of missiles is large and the result is not as convincing as the enemy would like. At the same time, during the spot strikes, the invaders may try to seek out Ukraine's air defences, which did not allow Russia to make the massive attacks effective.

Earlier, a spokeswoman for the OK South said that massive missile strikes by the Russian terrorist state on Ukrainian territory could be a thing of the past. This is primarily due to Russia's lack of high-precision weapons. At the same time, the enemy has not given up its terror tactics and is now looking for new approaches to strikes.
