In the Kursk region of the Russian Federation drone hit the building of the FSB: there was a fire. Video

On the evening of September 3, a drone hit the FSB building in the Kursk region of Russia. As a result, there was a fire.

The air defense system failed to work over the city of Kurchatov. First, an explosion was heard over the city. Then, as propagandists report, the air defense system went off, and a fire became visible at the site of falling debris.

The distance from the settlement to the Kursk NPP is about 4 kilometers. There is no information about casualties, according to the Russian media.

In addition, the Russian Federation claims that the debris fell on a non-residential building. In particular, propagandists issued that this building of the FSB was still under construction.

According to the Governor of the region Roman Starovoit, emergency services are working at the site.

Later, around two o'clock in the morning on September 4, residents of Kurchatov again reported the sounds of explosions. According to eyewitnesses, 3 to 5 explosions were heard in the sky.

Russian media said that the air defense system was triggered. The information is being clarified. There were no official comments at the time.

Soon the Russian Defense Ministry made a statement. There traditionally reported that on September 4 around 1:00 as if two UAVs were shot down over the Kursk region and near the Crimean peninsula.

"Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed in the air by on-duty air defense means over the waters of the Black Sea near the Crimean peninsula and over the territory of the Kursk region," the Russian Defense Ministry said.
