As a reminder, on May 26, Russian occupants attacked Dnipro for the second time in a 24-hour period:

Earlier, the Air Force of the AFU said that the Russian Federation probably hit the hospital in Dnipro with a guided anti-aircraft missile of the S-300 or S-400 type. The Russians often attack frontline areas with this type of weaponry.

As OBOZREVATEL reported, the UN condemned the rocket attack on Dnipro, but did not name Russia as the culprit . The organization's statement did not say who exactly struck the hospital. It only stated that there were dead and wounded.
