Defense Forces Destroy Russian Tricolor Installed by Russia-backed Subversive Group in Chernihiv Region

Ukrainian border guards destroyed Russian tricolors installed by the occupation army's subversive reconnaissance group in the Chernihiv region. The occupiers placed them near the destroyed bridge over the Sudost River near the village of Hremiach in Chernihiv region.

Russian propagandists decided to use the installation of the flags of the aggressor state to put psychological pressure on Ukrainians, but the defenders put an end to the Russian PSYOP. The video of the destruction was shown by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

"The Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed the Russian tricolor in Chernihiv region. Another provocation of the occupiers was defeated... Enemy saboteurs planted their flags near the border in the Chernihiv region, on a destroyed bridge over the Sudost River. Border guards promptly sent drones to the target, which destroyed the "rags" with precise strikes," the SBGS noted.

The State Border Guard Service also shared intelligence data that established that the Russian saboteurs fled the territory of Ukraine before the tricolors were destroyed: the invaders "did not dare to take further action."

"The enemy continues to try to impose its "victories" and psychological pressure, without any military sense. We urge you not to succumb to the enemy's information and psychological influence!" the SBGS summarized.

As a reminder, it became known the day before, on November 15, that a Russian subversive group had planted Russian flags near the village of Hremiach in the Chernihiv region. At the same time, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine denied the claims of Russian propagandists that Russian saboteurs had entered the village. They also added that after the destruction of the bridge across the Sudost River, not a single local resident remained in the village, as the area is cut off from the rest of the region by rivers.
