AFU destroys another Russian convoy in Kursk region together with pontoon crossing. Photo and video
Ukrainian soldiers destroyed another Russian conboy and pontoon crossing in the Kursk region. It happened near the Russian village of Zvannoye on August 28.
Russian media outlet ASTRA published the footage of the eyewitness.
"Kursk region, Zvannoye village. An engineering structure and two groups of engineering equipment have been destroyed," ASTRA quotes a message that appeared on one of the Telegram channels.
The defeat reportedly took place on August 28. There is no accurate information on the number of eliminated occupants.
"In any case, there are victims. But they do not talk about it. 'We have everything under control,' they say," the journalists quote one of the reports, adding that Russian convoy and pontoon crossing were destroyed.
On August 28, reports of "karma" that had once again caught up the Russian engineering troops also appeared on Ukrainian channels. For example, volunteer and public figure Serhiy Sternenko published footage of strikes on military equipment in an area that, according to ASTRA journalists, looked similar to the area captured in Russian videos from Zvannoye.
"The Russian pontoon engineers in Kursk region are very unlucky. One day they tried to set up a crossing but did not even get there. First, Big Brother (a bomb) visited them, and then the engineering vehicles were burned by drones," Sternenko wrote at the time.
