An explosion occurred in Melitopol

A powerful explosion occurred in Melitopol, temporarily occupied by Russian troops in Zaporizhzhia, on Monday evening, November 13. It was heard around 19:00.

The legitimate mayor of the town, Ivan Fedorov, reported this on his Telegram channel. The Russians do not yet know exactly what this situation is connected with.

"We are finding out what is going on with the occupiers," the mayor of Melitopol wrote.

The occupation "authorities" of the Ukrainian city, appointed by the Kremlin, have not yet commented on the explosion.

As a reminder, Ukrainian intelligence earlier reported that on November 11, the occupiers' headquarters in Melitopol was attacked. Local patriots were involved in the attack. The "cotton" in the Russian-occupied city took place just as a meeting was taking place at the headquarters.

The attack killed three Russian officers. The exact losses of the enemy are still being clarified.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, after the US ATACMS missiles struck Berdiansk and Luhansk, the occupiers began to disperse their equipment and withdraw it even from the cities that they had previously considered rear. In particular, the enemy is moving its equipment to the Azov Sea coast, in the Azov region, in particular to Kyrylivka.
