On July 25, Petro Andriushchenko , an advisor to the mayor of Mariupol, reported "great news from the occupation". He also posted a photo of the aftermath of the strike on his Telegram channel.

According to Andriushchenko, the explosion in Nova Kakhovka occurred at 19:35 in the Sokil neighborhood.
It was "a bright hit on the occupiers with a brighter fire and consequences."

"Attention to real positive moments in the occupied territories has somehow become quite low, and our military communication is still the second most sung in the world.
