The Russian invaders have increased pressure on property owners with Ukrainian passports in the temporarily occupied Yalta. They obstruct the sale and purchase of houses and apartments owned by Ukrainian citizens.

The occupiers put such real estate on the list for confiscation. This was reported by activists of the Yellow Ribbon movement.

According to the activists, the Russians have launched a new wave of pressure on Ukrainians who refused to receive Russian passports but own real estate on the peninsula.

"Activists of the Yellow Ribbon movement report new measures introduced by the occupation authorities in Crimea. When registering a contract for the sale of real estate owned by Ukrainian citizens who have not received a Russian passport, the occupation authorities decide to suspend the registration of the transaction for three months. During this time, the property is included in the list for alienation and confiscation," the Yellow Ribbon said.
