The Kremlin says it will familiarize with Zelenskyy's victory plan, but there is a condition

Dmitry Peskov

Russia has said it is ready to familiarize itself with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's victory plan. The Kremlin will study it when the plan is posted in official sources.

This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian dictator Dmitry Peskov at a briefing on Monday, September 23. Peskov also noted that the Kremlin is "cautious" about the details of the plan that appear in the media.

"The Kremlin will study the plan of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy if it is in official sources, and is cautious about the content of media publications," Peskov's statement was reported by the TASS propaganda agency.

It is worth noting that on September 21, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Russia does not plan to participate in the second peace summit that Ukraine intends to hold this fall. Zakharova characterized the event as "another manifestation of fraud by the Anglo-Saxons and their Ukrainian puppets."

As a reminder, the "Victory Plan" that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is going to present during his visit to the United States this week aims to provide Ukraine with long-term guarantees of support from the West. The president emphasizes that the plan needs urgent support from Joe Biden and other Western leaders so that Ukraine can start negotiations by the end of the year from a favorable position.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, the White House is looking forward to the presentation of Zelenskyy's "Victory Plan" and wants to agree on strategic goals with Kyiv for the last four months of Biden's presidency. At least that's what presidential adviser Michael Carpenter said.
