The enemy keeps trying to advance deeper into the territory of Ukraine: the General Staff named the hottest frontline areas

The situation at the front remains tense, as the enemy continues to try to advance into the depths of Ukraine's territory. Defense forces continue to hold back the invaders, inflicting significant losses on them.

Over the past day, the number of enemy attacks has increased to 92. The occupants are making the main efforts in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove directions. This is stated in the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In addition, active enemy actions are observed in the Lyman, Kupiansk, and Vremivsk directions. The border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv regions are also suffering from Russian air strikes. In particular, the terrorists hit the areas of Bilovody, Yunakivka, Zhuravka, and Basivka with guided aerial bombs.

As a result of artillery shelling, Basivka, Obody, Oleksandrivka, Bilokopytove, Boiaro-Lezhachi, Prohres, Vorobivka, and Medvedivka were damaged. Terrorists fired from multiple rocket launchers at Starykove, Yablunivka, and Zarichchia. The Russians also carried out fourteen air strikes, using 22 guided bombs in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.

In the Kharkiv sector, the enemy attacked the positions of Ukrainian troops near Vovchansk, but the situation is under control. Attacks with air bombs on Kharkiv and unguided air missiles on Milove were also recorded.

In the Kupiansk sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled seven enemy attacks, actively resisting assaults in the areas of Kolisnykivka, Sinkivka, Kruhliakivka, Pershotravneve, and Lozova. Fighting continues in six locations, with the enemy actively using bomber aircraft, having already dropped 12 bombs.

In the Lyman sector, enemy units attacked in the areas of Hrekivka, Zarichne, Terny, and Torske. Ukrainian troops have repelled five attacks since the beginning of the day, three engagements are ongoing.

In the Siversk sector, the enemy launched five air strikes on Siversk and the area around Starodubivka.

In the Kramatorsk sector, the invaders carried out two assault operations near Chasovyi Yar and Stupochky, and the occupants are currently attacking. Enemy aircraft struck Chasovyi Yar, Stinky, and Oleksandr-Shultyno using bombs and unguided aerial missiles.

In the Toretsk sector, Ukrainian troops successfully repelled an enemy attack in the vicinity of Toretsk.

In the Pokrovsk sector, since the beginning of the day, the occupants have made 21 attempts to push Ukrainian troops from their positions in the areas of Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Krutyi Yar, Selidove, and Vyshneve. Defense forces have already repelled 17 enemy attacks in the area, holding back the enemy's onslaught. Others are continuing. The enemy is suffering significant losses in manpower.

In the Kurakhove sector, the invaders attacked our units 29 times, trying to advance in the areas of Zoriane, Maksymilianivka, Novodmytrivka, Katerynivka, and Antonivka. Currently, 19 firefights are ongoing.

In the Vremivsk sector, the enemy made eight attacks on Ukrainian troops' positions near Bohoiavlenka and Novoukrainka, two firefights are ongoing.

In the Orikhiv sector, the enemy used bombers to strike at the area of Mala Tokmachka, dropping 16 bombs.

In the Prydniprovsk sector, the enemy made one unsuccessful attempt to storm the positions of Ukrainian units and struck Mykolaivka with unguided aerial missiles.
