As a reminder, a new border crossing point with Poland, Nyzhankovychi - Malkhovychi, was opened. On December 21, the crossing point was opened for buses, cars and trucks weighing up to 3.5 tons.

This joint checkpoint was opened on the Polish side with funding from the Polish side. Representatives of the customs and border guard services of Ukraine and Poland will work together at it.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA wrote that Ukraine is experiencing an increase in passenger traffic on the border with Poland, which caused queues at checkpoints in the Lviv region. On the evening of December 20, the least busy checkpoints were Smilnytsia and Uhryniv.
