On Sunday night, October 29, Russian terrorist forces attacked the Poltava region of Ukraine from the air. An X-59 missile struck the Myrhorod district.

Details of the attack are currently being investigated. This was reported by the head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration Filip Pronin.

According to him, it is preliminarily known that the attack did not result in any casualties. There was no damage to civilian infrastructure.

"All services are working on the spot. We thank the Ukrainian Defense Forces! Glory to Ukraine!" he wrote.

It should be noted that an air raid alert was announced in the Poltava region twice since the beginning of Sunday: from 00:10 to 00:50 and from 04:40 to 05:08. The military warned of a missile threat as enemy tactical aircraft were active at that time and there was a threat of the use of air weapons.

According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the aggressor country attacked Myrhorod district with an X-59 guided missile. The occupiers launched it from a Su-34 aircraft in the airspace of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, Russian troops launched a missile attack on Myrhorod in the afternoon of October 11. There were no hits on critical or civilian infrastructure, and there were no casualties reported.

On the night of October 16, the enemy attacked the Myrhorod district of Poltava region, this time with missiles and drones. Three people, including a child, were injured by falling debris. At least 137 apartments and houses were damaged as a result of enemy attacks on Myrhorod.
