On Tuesday, August 29, the Patriarchal Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in Kyiv said farewell to military pilot Andriy Pilshchikov with the call sign "Juice", who was killed in a plane crash on August 25.

Thus, while communicating with Oleshchuk, the mother of "Juice" asked him to fulfill one request of hers.

"Promise that I will take to the skies on the first F-16 instead of my son" - asked the mother of the dead pilot.

The commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine answered in the affirmative.
