"It will cost Russians their infrastructure": the Presidential Administration says Russia will respond to the attack on Ukraine's energy sector
On the morning of Monday, August 26, the aggressor country Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine's energy sector. The Office of the President of Ukraine emphasized that the occupiers will not be left unanswered for their aggressive actions.
This was stated by the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak. He noted that no attack on the Ukrainian energy system will remain unanswered.
Ukraine is ready to defend its energy sector and respond to any attempts to destroy it.
"The desire to destroy our energy sector will cost the Russians dearly, as well as their infrastructure," emphasized Yermak.
It is worth noting that after the nighttime explosions due to the Shaheda, in the morning they were heard in many cities due to cruise missiles and ballistics: damage and emergency power outages were reported.
On the morning of August 26, the Russian terrorist army attacked Poltava region. The aggressor targeted an industrial facility. Five people were injured in the shelling.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, aviation expert Anatoliy Khrapchynsky pointed out that it is impossible to calculate how many more missiles the enemy can launch at Ukraine, since Russia does not have a clear constant number of missiles that would be produced in a certain period. The aggressor has not established mass production - it has situational work that depends on the receipt of certain components.
