"This is our difference": ex-Russian national team player in a fit says Ukrainian children "need to be remade"
Former CSKA Moscow and Russian national footballer Andrey Solomatin has called his country's war against Ukraine absolutely right. At the same time, the fan of dictator Vladimir Putin, who played nine matches for Kyiv's Obolon, complained that Ukrainian schools are allegedly encouraging children to fight against everything related to Russia.
Solomatin expressed a portion of outright fakes and lies in an interview with the propaganda TV channel Match TV. The ex-footballer, who openly supports criminals from the Russian army and has repeatedly visited the temporarily occupied regions of Donbas, declared in a patriotic frenzy that his country must win.
"We have to explain to everyone over time that they were wrong. To everyone who is on the other side of the barricades. The West, first of all. There has always been hatred of Russians in western Ukraine. If kindergartens teach children to cut Russians, what does that mean? This is our difference - we don't get to that point. To change this, we have to win. There is no other option. Now a generation has grown up that has been zombified since the age of 6. Can you imagine how much they need to be remade if they have been told the same thing all the time? It will not be an easy process," Solomatin said.
Earlier, he admired the Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin, who "did not bend to these f*gg*ts, to the West".
As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, former Russian national footballer Andrei Kanchelskis called Russian football a big swamp and urged players to flee the championship, but only to the top 7 leagues in Europe.
