The International Football Federation (FIFA) has imposed sanctions on two Russian Premier League clubs, CSKA Moscow and Khimki Moscow Region, as well as Kuban, which ceased to exist in 2018. Representatives of the aggressor country are prohibited from making transfers and registering new players.
