Roman Rotenberg, vice-president of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RHF), has expressed confidence that "everything has collapsed" in world sport without the aggressor country. The head coach of St. Petersburg SKA noted that the Russian Federation sponsored many international federations, which are now allegedly facing bankruptcy.
