Chelsea London head coach Frank Lampard has expressed confidence that Ukrainian international Mykhaylo Mudryk will become one of the team leaders for many years to come. He urged fans and experts not to criticize the young players, and especially the newcomers, because they still need to gain experience.

Lampard told this at a press conference ahead of the Premier League game with city neighbors Arsenal, writes football.london. The Aristocrats coach noted that each game gives the newcomers an opportunity to integrate into English soccer, but it takes time to achieve results.

"Maybe that's part of the history when young players came in this year, and for the team's failures, everyone expected them to make a difference. There are things that probably stay behind the scenes and are not seen that are not directly related to the soccer field. We hope that Mudrick will be a great player for the lub for years to come. You can see flashes of that process in this period. But obviously he has a lot to learn, which of course is absolutely normal for developing players," Lampard said.
