Shakhtar Donetsk drew with Italian side Bologna in the 1st round of the Champions League group stage. The match at the Stadio Renato Dall'Arra ended 0-0.
"From the outset, Shakhtar relied on long passes that were supposed to cut off the opponent's defense, and it paid off in the 2nd minute. Matvienko's pass brought Eginaldo into the operational space, who was brought down by Stefan Posch in the penalty area.
