Russian midfielder "Atlanta" Alexei Miranchuk and his lawyers demanded from the American club to publish lineups without nationalities, reports insider Ivan Karpov. According to him, the 28-year-old Russian national team player did not like the fact that there was no Russian flag next to his photo.

Because the absence of the flag under Miranchuk looked like discrimination on nationality and affected the interests of the player.

The American club's management agreed with the midfielder and explained that the publication of the lineup without the Russian tricolor is an amateur activity of the lower-level staff, such as a designer or SMM-man, not the directors.
