Bulgarian Ludogorets Razgrad football champion is going to sell central defender Ihor Plastun in the winter offseason, temasport.com reports. The 33-year-old from Kyiv was not included in the starting lineup for the group stage of the Conference League.

Plastun's contract runs until the end of the season and expires in June 2024. Currently, Ludogorets does not intend to extend the agreement with the former Ukraine national team player but is going to make money on his sale. The club's management is already looking for potential buyers.

Ludogorets transferred Plastun to the 'Eagles' reserve team.

Plastun has played for Ludogorets twice in his career. His first move to Razgrad took place in 2016-2018, after which the player was sold to Belgian Ghent. However, he returned to the Huvepharma Arena in 2021.

He has played 88 matches for the Bulgarian team since then, scoring 2 goals and making 2 assists.

In an interview on February 23, 2022, Plastun admitted that he was ashamed to speak Russian.
