There will be three more magnetic storms in April: the most dangerous days of the month have been named

In April, there will be three more magnetic storms on Earth. They will be of different intensity, but regardless of this, can adversely affect human health.

According to Meteoagent, already on April 10 and 11 medium-intensity disturbances of the geomagnetic field of the Earth are predicted. Their strength will reach 4 points.

The same strength of the fluctuations of the protective dome of the planet will be repeated on April 16 and 18. And on April 20, the first magnetic storm of G1 level with a magnitude of 5 is expected.

The next day, April 21, the disturbances on Earth will be a little less serious - their strength will not exceed 4 points.

Beginning from April 22, the situation is expected quite calm - the geomagnetic state of the planet will be within 2 points and it will last up to the end of the month.

In order to reduce the negative effects of magnetic storms on the body, physicians-therapists recommend meteorologists lead a healthy lifestyle. First of all, it's necessary to get enough sleep, to eat right, and to reduce the fat and alcohol consumption in your diet. More time should be spent outdoors.
