A magnetic storm will overtake the Earth: it will be "stormy" for one more day

On Tuesday, April 11, people on Earth will still feel the effects of the magnetic storm that began yesterday, the 10th. Because of this, weather-sensitive people may feel worse than usual today.

The start of a new magnetic storm is forecasted for later this week, April 16. It should also be moderate.

As you know, a magnetic storm is a disturbance of the geomagnetic field of our planet. They are caused by fluxes of charged particles ejected by the Sun.

People who suffer from meteorological dependence (and there are many of them on Earth), during this period may experience deterioration of health. The same applies to the elderly, pregnant women and people with chronic diseases. They often complain of headaches, dizziness, nausea, joint pain, fatigue and insomnia during a magnetic storm.

Doctors' tips for weather-prone people to get through a period of storms

First of all, it is necessary to be outdoors more often. You should also ventilate your room, observe your sleep schedule, and take a contrast shower before it (and/or in the morning).

A lot of advice concerns the diet: it is necessary to give up fatty foods, increasing the consumption of fresh fruit and vegetables. It is also desirable to give up alcohol, and to replace coffee with herbal tea.

It is also necessary to drink a sufficient amount of water during the day.

Would not be superfluous and light physical activity, such as sports or walking.
