Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has accused the EU leadership of "destroying Europe." According to him, the European economy is "slowly sinking," and Orban believes that Ukraine is to blame.

According to the head of the Hungarian government, the EU is sending money to a "hopeless war" in Ukraine. Such statements appeared on Orban's page on X.

Lashing out at Ukraine again, Orban said that the EU's support for the victim of Russia's full-scale aggression has "destroyed Europe." He called the Ukrainian people's resistance to Russia's aggressive invasion a "hopeless war." At the same time, the head of the country the economy of which is largely supported by the EU said that Brussels sends "our money" to help Ukraine.

"The bureaucrats of Brussels have destroyed Europe. Because of Brussels, the European economy is slowly sinking. Because of Brussels, our money is being sent to Ukraine, to a hopeless war," Orban said.

He is also very concerned about migrants in Europe: Orban spoke of a "migrant invasion" and plunged into conspiracy theories.

"Because of Brussels, Europe has been flooded with migrants. Brussels has opened the gates, opened the borders to the invasion of migrants. George Soros announced: one million migrants must be allowed into Europe every year. Hey presto: in the last nine years, nine million migrants have arrived in Europe. The migrant invasion of Europe, the population exchange, is not a conspiracy theory, but the practice itself. It’s time to look for new conspiracy theories, because all the old ones have come true," the Hungarian prime minister said.

As a reminder, on February 8, Madrid hosted a summit of far-right parties that are members of the third largest European Parliament association, Patriots for Europe. In addition to Orban, the informal leader of the French National Rally party, Marine Le Pen, also attended the event.

On February 3, it became known that the Hungarian prime minister compared Ukraine to Afghanistan. In his opinion, Ukraine risks ending up in a state of endless conflict without peace talks with Russia.
