The new NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte arrived in Kyiv on a visit. He held talks with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

This was reported by an OBOZ.UA correspondent who attended the press conference of the politicians. This is Rutte's first official visit to Ukraine.

As OBOZ.UA previously reported, former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte officially took office in NATO on October 1 and called Ukraine a priority in his work. According to him, supporting Ukraine is an investment in European security, and the costs of helping Kyiv are lower compared to the possible costs in case of a Russian victory.
