Law enforcement officers exposed and served a notice of suspicion to a collaborator who agreed to cooperate with the enemy during the occupation of the Kharkiv region. A deputy of the Borivske village council in the Izium district agreed to take up the position of 'gauleiter' of the village of Pidvysoke.

As an "assistant" to the "head of the Borivske Military-Civilian Administration" appointed by the occupiers, she participated in meetings of the "occupation authorities", collected lists of local residents for the invaders and hired other traitors. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

Thus, during the investigation, National Police officers exposed a deputy of the Borivske village council, who agreed to cooperate with the invaders during the occupation of Izium district and became the "starosta" of Pidvysoke in the structure of the occupation authorities.

As the "assistant head of the Borivske Military-Civilian Administration of the Izium district of the Kharkiv region (Pidvysoke village)", the traitor "participated in meetings of the heads of departments of the occupation authorities, hired employees, collected and compiled lists of local residents, which she later handed over to the new "authorities".

Investigators also found that the collaborator agreed to cooperate with the enemy voluntarily.

"Law enforcement officers exposed the deputy. The issue of choosing a preventive measure in the form of detention for the suspect is currently being decided," the Joint State Political Directorate said.

The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office has now served a notice of suspicion to a deputy of the Borivske village council of the Izium district of the Kharkiv region of the VIII convocation on the fact of collaboration (part 5 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for five to ten years with disqualification to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of ten to fifteen years with possible confiscation of property.

As reported earlier, a collaborator was served with a notice of suspicion in absentia in the Kherson region, and faces 12 years with confiscation. The traitor, a former "Afghan", headed a local TV and radio company under the occupiers and provided the invaders with Internet access, as well as helped them configure stolen servers to meet the needs of the Russian Federation.
