Zakharova tells a new fable about "Ukraine's preparation of a terrorist attack on ZNPP": the OP responds
On 30 June, the scandalous propagandist official and spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that Ukraine was allegedly "preparing a terrorist attack" at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant occupied by Russian troops. Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, responded that the Russians were obviously not following the logic.
"A Russian thief always has his hat on. Classic..." - the OP representative wrote on his Twitter page, responding to Zakharova. It should be noted that the Russian woman made her accusation public without any arguments or evidence.
"The Kyiv authorities are preparing to commit another terrorist attack!" a fan of SVO wrote hysterically on Telegram.
She stated that additional devices for measuring radiation had been installed in Kyiv, and that drills had recently begun in a number of regions of Ukraine in case of an accident at the ZNPP. Zakharova did not explain how these preventive measures could indicate that Ukraine is "planning something". In addition, she suddenly "forgot" that the territory of the nuclear power plant is controlled by Russian troops. And most importantly, she did not say why Ukraine would want to cause a large-scale nuclear disaster in its own country.
Podoliak pointed out the ridiculousness of the words of the Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson, who has repeatedly disgraced herself with aggressive threats and stupid accusations.
"I understand that the logic of modern Russian officials is a disaster, but still, who controls the ZNPP, who mined everything that could be mined, who is burning the occupied territories, who is attacking Ukraine's critical infrastructure? And most importantly, who stuck their definitely aggressive face on someone else's territory?" - the Ukrainian asked rhetorical questions.
As OBOZREVATEL previously reported:
- On 30 June, the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine reported that the Russian occupation contingent was gradually leaving the territory of the Zaporizhzhia NPP in Enerhodar. The invaders ordered the staff who remained there to blame Ukraine for any emergencies.
- According to the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Kyrylo Budanov, Russian troops had fully prepared for the attack on the plant. The invaders placed equipment with explosives near the fourth and sixth power units of the plant, and mined other facilities.
