  • fresh broccoli - 2 medium florets (300 g)
  • wheat flour - 180 g + baking powder - 1 tsp
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • milk - 250 ml
  • olive oil - 50 ml
  • mozzarella - 120 g
  • parsley
  • grated hard cheese - 50 g
  • optional spices: Italian herbs, dry garlic
  • sesame seeds

1. Boil broccoli until al dente (3-4 minutes). To do this, disassemble the cabbage into florets. Throw them into boiling water and cook for 6-7 minutes (fresh broccoli, a little less for frozen) - the stalk should be easily pierced with a fork.
