Seasonal pumpkin can be used to make a very satisfying dinner. Just simmer the vegetable with sour cream sauce and garlic. This dish will go well with your favorite meat or can be eaten on its own.

Ingredients:
- pumpkin – 400 g
- sour cream 10% – 2 tbsp
- garlic – 3-4 cloves
- herbs (dill/parsley) – 3-4 branches
- oil – 1 tbsp
- salt, and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
Put the pumpkin in a frying pan

1. Cut the pumpkin into large cubes.
2. Put the pumpkin in a preheated frying pan with oil, add salt and pepper.

3. While the pumpkin is frying, mix sour cream, garlic, chopped herbs, and sour cream in a small bowl.
4. Mix well.

5. When the pumpkin is slightly golden, pour sour cream over it.
6. Mix well and simmer until tender over low heat under a lid.

7. Do not overcook, or the pumpkin will turn into mashed potatoes.
