- mozzarella –1 pc.
- spinach – a few leaves
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet, make a pocket.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Put tomatoes, cheese, etc. in the pocket one by one.
4. Put spinach leaves on top.
