What salad to prepare with beets besides Vinaigrette: a simple 5-minute dish

The most popular beets dish is, of course, Vinaigrette. The salad is quite simple, but some of the ingredients in it require quite a long heat treatment. If you don't want to spend more than five minutes on cooking, you should use the following technique.

The idea of preparing a quick salad with orange and beets instead of Vinaigrette was published on the Instagram page of nutritionist Valentyna Fedorova (fedorova.valentyna). When combined with orange, beets reveal their flavor in a completely different way.

Ingredients.

• beets - 1 pc (boiled or baked)⠀
• orange - a half
• arugula - a handful
• feta - 40 g
• walnuts - 1 tbsp
• seeds (sesame/flax/pumpkin) - 1 tsp
• lemon juice
• olive oil - 1 tbsp
• salt, pepper - to taste ⠀

Method of preparation:

1. Dice the beets and orange.

2. Add arugula.

3. Add feta cubes and chopped nuts.

4. Sprinkle with seeds and add lemon juice and olive oil.

5. Mix well.
